The Forest Service, as it was then called, began collaborating with Stefna in 2017, first with setting up a new website for the institution and then with its maintenance and improvements. In addition, Stefna set up an annual report website for the institution and also a special website for Forest Carbon. All of this has gone great and the approach of Stefna's staff has always been good and positive. What we find to be characteristic of Stefna's approach is that problems are there to be solved. We have never been talked down to, but rather the communication is always on a peer-to-peer basis. No questions are just questions. The staff also seem to enjoy their work and enjoy visiting the company. The Moya system has proven to be very useful to us. The system is easy to learn and little special programming has been required to meet our needs. If this has been necessary, it has gone well and the cost is reasonable. But there is always room for improvement. Now the Forest Service and the Land Survey have merged and Stefna's staff are working with us to launch the website of a new institution, Lands og skógar, on Ísland.is. "The same professionalism and ambition are present there, and we look forward with optimism."
